**WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHIP LIQUOR OUT OF NEW YORK STATE, BUT LOCAL DELIVERIES ARE AVAILABLE** PLEASE CALL FOR INFORMATION
We deliver to Davis Park Fire Island Between April 1 and October 31 ( Weather permitting) 
 

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Lake Liquor that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

We offer 3 shipping options:
(Please note we cannot delivery to P.O. Boxes!)

Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Lake Liquor is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Our web site is monitored Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order, and then it is usually shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after processing. If you have a need for delivery by a certain date or need rush service, please be sure to email or call us, so that we can endeavor to meet your deadline. We will make every effort to accommodate you. However, our carriers may not guarantee a specific date shipped to residences if shipped via ground service. Delivery schedules do not apply in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond the control of lakeliquor.com, including the failure of services provided by our carriers. Shipping to a business address can usually get your wine to you sooner. Call us if we need to expedite your order. We reserve the right to correct errors on pricing and to limit quantities.

All wines are sold in NY State and title passes to the buyer in NY State. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside of NY State. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, your represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the persons to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.

Partial Orders/Back Orders
Partial Orders/Back Orders short-shipped as standard practice. Once back-ordered items arrive, they will then be shipped (exceptions being gift items). You may request that your order be shipped in its entirety when it is fully assembled at our warehouse. Simply contact us at lake@lakeliquor.com.

Returns:
No returns allowed. If an item you purchased from Lake Liquor is defective you may send the item back at your own expense and you will be issued a credit or replacement for the defective item. A restocking fee of 10% may be charged.

BLACK-OUT STATES:
Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine. Placing an order with LakeLiquor.com shows you understand the wine shipping rules of your state. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area. If we are unable to arrange for shipping to you, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase. Please note that alternatives may be available. Please contact us to discuss.

Please note that most carriers, including FedEx do not deliver on weekends. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially when ordering via Overnight or 2 Day Air Service. Many states restrict the shipment of wine.
