A portion of the spirit is matured in of French Oak casks for a limited period, as to not overpower the final result. The French Oak increases the intensity of the whisky, resulting in a richer and creamier finish.

Aromas of black cherry and ripe plum are layered with vanilla and baking spice. Concentrated dark fruit flavors culminate in a lush, full mouthfeel and a lengthy finish.

Dark fruits of black cherry, plum and blackberry are layered seamlessly with sweet spice, herbal, dark earth and a touch of sweet tobacco. Silky tannins and a long finish round out this Cabernet.

Matured in bourbon and sherry casks and then finished in ex-cognac casks for at least 6 months. It has sweet and fruity aromas and tastes of honey, apricot, pears, and chocolate. Very rich and intense.
