Wine maker notes
This excellent ruby red wine is made with Pinot grapes,
cultivated with the Guyot training system in the Southern
area of Apulia region. Pinot Noir undergoes the traditional
wine-making method for red grapes, which consists in destemming the grapes, crashing them, making the must
macerate and ferment for about 10 days at a controlled
temperature of 19-20 °C.
Alcohol vol.: 12,50%
Ideal served with salami, soups and delicate second courses.
The ideal serving temperature is 18-19 °C.
