Chateau Rocher Corbin, located northwest of the town of Montagne is perfectly situated on the western slope of the Calon mound at the highest point in the area. The estate has consistently increased in quality over the last ten years, thanks to owner Philippe Durand. The organically farmed estate vineyard, planted on limestone and clay, consists of 25.95 acres in one block and the fruit is harvested from vines that average 45 years old, 15% of the vineyard has vines more than 80 years old and includes a 140 year old parcel of Merlot.
