Domaine Fournier is one of the most important estates in the Sancerre area of France. Their 222 acres of vineyards are spread across the appellation and include top sites in the villages of Verdigny, Bue and Maimbray. Their state-of-the-art winery is designed to minimize handling of the grapes and allow for careful selection on sorting tables. The estate is directed by Claude Fournier, the 9th generation of his family to produce wine. He is dedicated to producing top quality wines of elegance and finesse.
|Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards located Touraine and Anjou is planted on well draining limestone, known as tuffeau. The must fermented in stainless steel and the wine aged sur lie for three months.
