The Maximo Tempranillo is a fresh, fruit driven redsourced from vineyards in the La Mancha region of central Spain. The fruit is fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerated on the skins for 12 days to enhance its fresh, fruit-forward character. The wine is aged for 6 months in combination of French and American oak barrels.
Maximo Tempranillo shows aromas of plums and red berries with tobacco and vanilla notes. In the mouth, the wine has a vibrant, velvety and sweet character, with easy drinking red fruit and licorice and mint traces, and soft tannins.
