Featuring aromas of fresh berry with a notes of tropical and fig, the Heritance 2010 presents a round but
balanced palate with a persistent, attractive finish.
Bernard Portet is renowned for his balanced, elegant red blends. Drawing on a rich family winemaking
heritage – his father was the regisseur at Chateau Lafite-Rothschild, Bernard went on to co-found Clos du
Val, a critically acclaimed, pioneering winery based in the Napa Valley.
Cabernet blends are in Portet's blood, so much so that he returned to winemaking a year after his
retirement from Clos du Val. Together with industry veteran Don Chance, they've launched Polaris Wines,
a negociant label dedicated to producing elegant, accessible, balanced wines that pair beautifully with
food.

| The 2010 Heritance Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley is an assemblage of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. This is a classic wine with a beautiful, spun-gold hue, highlighted with tinges of lime green. The nose features a refreshing fruity combination of fresh berry with a touch of tropical and fig fragrances. This is a well-centered wine, that is round across the palate, fleshy and attractive, yet elegant with a long finish. |
