Wine maker notes
Carefully controlled skin maceration was used immediately after picking. After pressing and a short settling period, selected yeasts were added in the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place in low temperature vats to keep the varietal aromas. The wines were blended and aged a few months in vats before bottling.

Pairs well with seafood with light sauces, pasta with light cream sauce and grilled fish.
