The grapes for the dry, full-bodied cuvee Traditionare grown on old vines with low production in mind (22 hl/ha only!) and harvested by hand. Best served at a temperature of 64F degres, it has a full, rich mouth reminiscent of red fruit and spice and finishing on notes of liquorice. Ideal to accompany dishes from the South of France, it will also nicely complement grilled meats and vegetables, poultry and cheese.
