Our Cabernet Sauvignon Cuvee is a combination of grapes from several different regions. Together, they create an overall snapshot of California. A majority of the fruit comes from vineyards along the eastern crest of Paso Robles, a typically warm region that produces big red-fruit flavors and supple tannins. The remainder of the fruit comes from our Paris Valley Ranch Vineyard in Monterey, a much cooler site that gives the peppery spices and tannic structure.
