In 1990 we took over 2 ha of family land and have since expanded to the 16 ha we have today, spread over several Chablis and Burgundy appellations. Ours wines are steeped in history imparted by the soil and the climates.
As there were no existing installations, we gradually set up a vat-room where we could store the harvest and produce our wine. Our first wine was bottled in 1994.
The entire harvest is now sold in bottles. Our wines are recognised in the most renowned wine guides and specialist magazines. They are available in all the best restaurants in France as well as in many countries across Europe and beyond.
