A unique blend for this region, the wine shows vibrant floral and fruit aromas. The palate is round, lush and elegant with hints of vanilla, citrus and apple.
Salviano’s vineyards benefit from limestone soils, optimal southern and southwestern sun exposure and cooling lakeside winds, which result in an ideal winegrowing climate and fruit that has full flavor and well-balanced acidity. All the grapes are hand harvested to preserve freshness. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are vinified separately. The chilled and clarified must is fermented in oak barriques with lees contact before the wines are blended and bottled.
