Multi annual research showed that the varieties like Syrah and Alicante Bouschet can successfully grow in the stony Cemovsko field. These two varieties together with smaller quantity of Vranac make the base for the production of wine of high quality. Such wine ages in the oak barrels, where its taste and scent is additionally rounded.

Review

It is Montenegrin dry wine of red ruby colour. It is a powerful and strong southern wine, of complex scent and aroma resembling tiny red fruits. Bouquet is characterized by the smell of wooden barrels.

It is recommended with prosciutto,all dishes made of red meat,game meat and all spicy dishes.
