Wine Spectator 92 points - Rich and creamy, showing the dried fruit, nut and spice notes of fruitcake, with lemon meringue, quince and honey flavors. Clean citrusy acidity integrates beautifully and provides an elegance to this refined Champagne. Drink now through 2020. AN

Wine Enthusiast 87 points - This non-vintage is a stylish wine, well balanced with its acidity, and concentrated with grapefruit and apple flavors. While light on the palate, it’s very fruity-a style that is best drunk now without further bottle age. (Dec 2013)
Wine Enthusiast 90 points - This richly textured wine boasts incredible freshness, as well as complexity of flavor. Apple and citrus flavors show hints of development- secondary notes of toast and cookies. The acidity is still very present-a crisp reminder of its age worthiness. Drink through 2022 (Dec 2013)
Traditionally, aged for three years and a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier.
Pale gold in color with an abundance of delicate bubbles. Floral aromas along with a subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apples, almonds, and hazelnuts.
On the palate, a fresh opening, smooth pleasant and balanced.
Great with Breton lobster and cream sauce, sole with morel mushrooms, and chicken borchettes with citronella.
