Colour: Straw yellow with greenish hues.
Nose: Intense, very complex and characteristic. The notes of green pepper, tomato leaves and peach are well accompanied by delicate flowery scents and hints of flint leading to a finish with light notes of sage.
Palate: Very harmonious and elegant. Fruit, acidity and alcohol are well balanced and the aromatic persistence is excellent.

Vineyards:
Location: different vineyards in the Collio area Altitude: 45 to100 m. above sea level Exposure: North-west, south-west and south Soil: The clayey soil of the Collio DOC area results from the disintegration of the stratified marl and sandstone in the subsoil. Vinification and Ageing:
Manual harvest in 18-kilos cases. The grapes are destemmed and go through a light, cold maceration. Alcohol fermentation without skin contact in stainless steel tanks for approx. 10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine rests on the lees though the winter, then is bottled the following spring.
