L.A. Cetto Chardonnay Private Reserve is fermented in French oak barreks and then aged ”Sur Lie” for 7 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Perfect with fishes in white sauces, foie gras or sharp cheeses. It is also delicious with poultry, grilled chicken and fresh vegetable dishes.
Best served at 14°C.
Founded by Angelo Cetto, history says that Cetto started the wine business in 1928, bought a number of small wineries in the 1980, and now he is responsible for more than half of the country’s wine. Cetto cultivates 2,500 acres of vineyards in Baja California; also tequila and olive oil.
