Selected grapes are harvested at the peak of their ripeness and then vinified employing the most advanced technology available. The wine is ready for bottling in the spring immediately following the vintage. Because of the maturity of the grapes, this is an especially smooth wine that retains its depth of fruit over an extended period of time.
