Ageing: minimum 18 months (minimun 12 months in oakcask)
Color: Amber with gold glint
Nose: complex and elegant - notes of honey, tilleul, fleur de vigne mixed with fresh fruits - like peach, prune, fig - and dry - almond, pate de coing -, with a hint of vanilla.
Mouth: very fresh at the beginning, nice balance between the sweetness and the acidity of the pineau. The aromas are persisting with fruity notes.
