A glass-coating opaque purple, it features first-class aromas of spice box, cedar, mocha, lavender, and blueberry. Velvety-textured, fruit-driven, and intense, the wine has excellent depth of flavor and a long finish.
Robert Parker Rating:90 Points
The 2007 vintage was proceeded by very dry conditions through the winter months resulting in very little sub soil moisture combining with some of the worst frost conditions through the early spring meant the vines self regulated to deliver a lower than average crop. The fine harvest condition meant Shiraz picking started in the last week in Februrary and proceeded without problems through to late March.
