Most of the fruit for this pinot noir comes from the Riverbench Vineyard, located just across from the famed Bien Nacido Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. Delicately structured with high-toned cherry fruit, smoke and mineral notes, this is a moderately-priced Santa Barbara pinot for sharing with friends, over a lingering meal - maybe fig and goat cheese stufed pork loin or grilled salmon.
