Il Santo has a rich, amber color with aromas of honey and apricots. The wine possesses orange and citric flavors with a touch of sweetness.

Wine maker notes

Campobello Il Santo is a liquoroso style of the traditional Tuscan Vin Santo. This style differs in that the wine is produced by adding a small amount of brandy grape to fortify the wine. The liquoroso style is a bit higher in alcohol and residual sugar than the DOC Vin Santo. This gives the wine a richer, more dessert-like taste.

Il Santo is great with all desserts, biscotti, cheeses and Fois Gras.
