Created in 1821, Collin-Bourisset is located in Crêches sur Saône at the edge of the Beaujolais and Mâconnais vineyards; from almost its first days the domaine has been recognized as a producer of fine wines from these two regions. This Pouilly-Fuissé, produced from vines grown in an area just south of Mâcon, is elegant and distinguished, with clean varietal aromas with overtones of hazelnuts and roasted almonds; bright and charming now, it will develop increasingly complex aromas with age.
