A rounded, ample wine. Its freshness is expressed by the acidity of the red fruit. It then leads to a distinct fullness created by the aromas of ripe red berries and plums. The final sensation is one of warmth and exuberance.

Wine maker notes

Brut Rose is an assemblage of 50 growths blended in the same way as cuvée Brut. Then a small proportion of red wine from the Champagne region is added to give the wine its colour and fruity flavour... A perfect balance is achieved over the course of slow ageing in Piper-Heidsieck’s chalk cellars.
