Our Festival Chardonnay is a blend of several lots of 78% Chardonnay and 22% Sauvignon Blanc. It was fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks. It is crisp and clean with refreshing flavors of apple and citrus. This is a great every day white, perfect with pasta, poultry, fish and cheese dishes.
