The result is a Pinot Grigio that is a bright straw
yellow in color, floral and citrusy on the nose,
and tastes rich, full, and clean, with notes of
green apple, citrus, and pear, with a pleasant
and balanced lemon acidity.
Alta Blu Pinot Grigio pairs well with fish and
other seafood including sushi. It also
complements other lighter meats such as
chicken and veal. While suitable for pairing with
many foods, it is also perfect as an aperitif or
great with light cheeses.
