Our seasonal Peach Vodka is collaboration with Leon Wilson, a peach grower in Roy, Utah. Leon handpicks these peaches the day they hit perfect ripeness. After cleaning and de-stoning, we macerate the fruit in our Vodka 7000’ for several weeks to extract the peach essence. It takes four peaches to make every bottle! Roy is next to Brigham City Utah, home of an annual peach festival second to none because the western slopes of the Wasatch Mountains produce some of the best peaches around due to the intense sun they get.
